Watford V Millwall Match Preview.
Watford will play Millwall at Vicarage Road on Boxing Day in the Sky Bet Championship which will be Guiseppe Sannino's first match at Vicarage Road as Watford FC manager. Watford currently lie in 14th in the table with Millwall down in 19th position. During the two matches between these two sides last season, the match ended in a 0-0 draw at Vicarage Road in November whilst the Hornets lost 1-0 at the New Den back in April thanks to Shaun Batts goal condeming Watford to their first defeat against Millwall since they returned to the Championship. Millwall are managed by Steve Lomas who took over from Kenny Jackett in the summer. Millwall have had a fairly inconsistent start to the season and come off the back of two consecutive defeat. Steve Lomas hasnt exactly got off to the best start to his Millwall managerial carreer and has been under pressure since day one. Millwalls danger man will be Steve Morrison if he plays with the striker scoring 4 goals for the Lions this season.
For Watford, Daniel Pudil should return from a hamstring injury whilst Hector Bellerin is a doubt with a hip problem. Almen Abdi is not fit enough to play yet but Marco Faraoni, Essaid Belkalem and Tommie Hoban are all out.
For Millwall, the Lions will give a fitness test to Captain Paul Robinson before the match. Richard Chaplow and Nicky Bailey are fit whilst Lee Martin is out.
