Referees for next two matches confirmed.

The referees for this weekends championship match vs Nottingham Forest and next wednesdays Capital One Cup Match against Bounremouth have been confirmed. For this weekends Sky Bet Championship match against Nottingham Forest at Vicarage Road ( which will be televised on sky sports), the referee will be West Midlands referee, Oliver Langford. Langford last refereed the Hornets, last season when he officated the 3-1 away win over Brighton in December 2012. He has officiated three matches this season across the football league handing out 3 yellow cards and 1 penalty.

For next weeks Capital One Cup match against Bournemouth, the man in the middle will be Cambridgshire referee Darren Deadman. Deadman last officated the Hornets during the 2011/12 season, when he officiated Watfords 0-1 defeat to Derby County in August 2011 and Watfords 1-1 away draw with Cardiff City in 2012. Deadman is a controversial referee due to the fact that he gives out so many cards. Last season, he offictaed 36 games handing out a staggering 127 yellow cards and 5 red. This season, Deadman has officated three games across the football league handing out 10 yellow cards and 1 penalty. For the full appointements please see below:
