Matej Vydra's red card that he received in the match vs Middlesbrough has been rescinded. The 20 year old Czech forward (who is the top scorer for the club at the moment) was sent off in the first half of the match on the 6th October by referee Steven Rushton for an apparent stamp causing confusion among Watford fans and both sets of players. This was Mr Rushtons EIGHTH red card in 11 games that he has refereed this season. But today (Tuesday 9th October) the FA confirmed to the club that the red card has been upheld and now the forward will be available for the match against Peterborough on the 20th October.
